History of the Mai Tatsine Crisis in Kano State

Marwa Maitatsine was born in 1924 .  Although we did not find out the true parents of Maitatsine, but research has confirmed that Marwa Maitatsine is a Cameroonian, but the Maitatsine claims that he is a man from Jabbi village which is in the former Gongola state, now Adamawa state.

He is hiding in Gongola state because of the way he controls the Fulani language, but after a deeper investigation, it was realized that the liar is  Maitatsine from a village called Jappa  in the north of Cameroon, the town is on the border between them and Nigeria.

Maitatsine is a member of  the Mufu tribe, most of whom are not Muslims. . The town of Marwa is a town of the Mufu tribe, before the Fulani came to occupy it, that is why Fulani became the language of the people of the town.

For more than 16 years, Maitatsine was in this evil tradition of worshiping idols, but Maitatsine did not stop worshiping idols and stones. They are sewing titles with big lines, some of them are beggars, some of them are hard-edged, a knife does not catch them.

They used to kill Dodo, a human being which means they also shed blood. Such spells and superstitions, Maitatsine brought him up, and he used to do it until he came to Kano, Maitatsine started to live as a boy in the house of an Arab. His name is Mohammad Arab, who converted Maitatsine to Islam after Maitatsine's appearance. Many people thought the time was near, since the Antichrist appeared, they were just waiting for the sun to rise in the west and set in the east.

Maitatsine is a black, slender, bodyless snake, its length will reach 1.7 meters. And he doesn't have a scar on his face, he has two golden teeth in his mouth. He made it to Makkah in 1970 .  Maitatsine arrived in Kano in 1955 and immediately started preaching.

After the initial independence of Nigeria, it was then that the Maitatsine affair began to escalate. When His Highness the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Sir Muhammadu Sanusi, turned his attention to  the legendary Sir. Sanusi got Maitatsine expelled from Kano, he didn't even stop there. The king had to confirm that it was made into their country of Cameroon in 1962 .  After Maitatsine returned to his country of Cameroon, he continued to spread this damage, changing it.

After the Marwa of that time Lamido Yaya Hammadi expelled him in 1963, he returned  to Kano after the resignation of Sir. Sanusi, the storyteller came back to know the doctrine of the Holy Qur'an. Maitatsine claims to be a prophet, and he sees himself as Mujaddidi Shehu Usman dan Fodio.

Maitasine believes in the Holy Qur'an, he denies the hadith and the Sunnah of the Messenger of God (PBUH) and forbids reading any book other than the Qur'an. , cars and others.

In 1979, he started this claim that he was  the Prophet of Hausa. It was between  1978 and 1979 that the Nigerian police arrested him again. Then his children, the Tatsine people, were arrested.

The Nigerian Army announced that about 5,000 people lost their lives in the Maitatsine conflict, including Maitatsinen himself and his people. Maitatsine died as a result of an injury that was inflicted on him, and some say that he died of a heart attack.
